Terms of Service

Effective October 5, 2026 · Version 2026-10-05-v1

These Terms cover the Invelya delivery-site-guide service, a Jatho Media product based in Edmonton, Alberta. Contact the Invelya team at hello@invelya.ca. By creating a company account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your company and confirm that you are authorized to do so.

1. What Invelya provides

Invelya gives companies a workspace to create, maintain and share delivery-site guides, including entrance locations, approach instructions, photos, contacts, preparation requirements, check-in, unloading and exit details. Drivers can open shared guide links in a browser.

Invelya provides site information, not truck navigation, route approval or dangerous-goods routing. External map links help locate a saved entrance. They do not establish that a road, entrance or route is suitable or permitted for a particular vehicle or load.

2. Company responsibilities

Your company is responsible for the information it adds, the people it authorizes and the links it shares. Check instructions with the site, keep information current and remove or correct information you know is inaccurate. A review date is a record of a review, not a guarantee that conditions have stayed the same.

Drivers must follow current site instructions, posted restrictions and applicable requirements, and stop and ask the site contact when conditions differ from a guide. Your company remains responsible for its operations, training, dispatch decisions and vehicle suitability.

3. Trial, packages and paid service

The company trial lasts 30 days and begins when the signup email is confirmed. Requesting a confirmation email does not begin the trial. No payment details are required. Confirmation does not create an automatic charge, and the trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

Paid service starts only when you separately accept a paid service agreement. Choose month-to-month billing with no annual commitment, or yearly billing for a twelve-month service period. Yearly service is invoiced in full at the start of each paid year. Signup records your package and billing preference; it does not itself authorize paid continuation.

Monthly packages are Founding pilot at CAD 49.00, Standard at CAD 79.00 and Larger operation at CAD 149.00. Yearly packages are Founding pilot at CAD 490.00 for the first paid year, Standard at CAD 790.00 and Larger operation at CAD 1,490.00. Each yearly amount equals ten monthly payments at the applicable package price. Founding pilot and Standard include up to 100 active site guides; Larger operation includes up to 500. Company team members, core guide features and shared guide access are included. Prices are before applicable taxes.

Founding pilot is limited to five confirmed companies. A place is allocated when email confirmation successfully creates the company, subject to availability. Pending requests do not reserve a place. Monthly founding service costs CAD 49.00/month for the first 12 paid months, then CAD 79.00/month. Yearly founding service costs CAD 490.00 for the first paid year, then CAD 790.00/year. The monthly price guarantee is not a 12-month contract; choosing yearly service creates a twelve-month service period.

The full trial is retained if you accept paid continuation before expiry. The first invoice is due to be reviewed, issued and sent at trial end; it is not due during the free trial. If you accept after expiry, paid service and the first invoice start on reactivation, with no charge for the inactive gap. Invoices are currently handled manually, so delivery may occur shortly after the billing date. Payment is due within the agreed number of days after issue. No card is charged automatically. Service renews using the accepted monthly or yearly interval unless cancellation is recorded.

4. Optional setup assistance

Creating your own guides has no signup or setup fee. Optional assistance converting existing site information starts at CAD 300.00 as a one-time service. We agree on the scope and provide a written quote before work begins. Choosing a package does not order this service.

5. Accounts and shared links

Keep account credentials secure and give each company member their own access. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or guide link has been misused. Company administrators manage access within their company.

Anyone with a shared guide link can view the information published in that guide without signing in. Share it only with the intended delivery team. Do not place confidential information in a shared guide unless you are authorized to share it in this way. Personal notes and photos are kept separate from published guide content in the normal user interface.

6. Your content and permitted use

You retain your rights to the instructions and images you provide. You permit us to store, display, transmit and process that content as needed to provide, maintain and protect Invelya and respond to your support requests.

Only upload information and images you have the right to use and share. Obtain any necessary permission for site photographs and personal information. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, unnecessary sensitive personal information or material that infringes another person's rights. Do not attempt to access another company's private workspace or interfere with the service.

7. Availability, changes and cancellation

We may improve the service and perform maintenance. We aim to provide a useful and reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access, that every site instruction is current, or any particular cost saving or delivery outcome. Keep the information you need for your operations available through an appropriate backup process.

To cancel renewal, email hello@invelya.ca before the start of your next billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month or paid year; access continues until then. Yearly service commits the company to the current twelve-month period. If cancellation is recorded before paid service starts, no paid period is billed. Contact the same address to end a trial or request an export. Any refund or special setup-service arrangement will be stated in writing. We may restrict access for security reasons, unlawful use or a material breach of these Terms, and will explain the reason when appropriate.

We will communicate material changes to applicable terms or pricing before they take effect. Existing written price commitments will be respected. Updated legal documents are identified by version and effective date. We do not record acceptance of a new version merely because an older account exists.

8. Applicable law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and applicable Canadian law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

For questions about the service, your package or these Terms, contact the Invelya team at hello@invelya.ca. Privacy questions can be directed to the Privacy Contact at the same address.
